• You are at least 13 years of age
• If under 18, you have obtained parental or guardian consent
• You have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

TerraHabits is a habit tracking application that helps users build and maintain positive habits through:

• Customizable habit tracking and reminders
• Progress visualization and statistics
• Virtual character progression and ecosystem growth
• Achievement unlocking and gamification
• Cloud synchronization across devices (premium feature)

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features, you must create an account by providing:

• Valid email address
• Secure password
• Optional username

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Not sharing your account with others

4.1 Premium Features

TerraHabits offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Premium features include:

• Unlimited habit tracking
• Cloud synchronization
• Exclusive character customizations
• Advanced statistics and insights
• Ad-free experience

4.2 Free Trial

We may offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. After the trial period:

• Your payment method will be automatically charged
• You can cancel anytime during the trial without charge
• Cancellation takes effect after the current billing period

4.3 Billing and Renewal

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All payments are processed securely through App Store or Google Play

4.4 Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the policies of the App Store or Google Play Store where you made your purchase. Generally:

• No refunds for partial subscription periods
• Contact the respective store for refund requests
• Exceptional cases may be reviewed individually

4.5 Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through:

• App Store subscription management (iOS)
• Google Play subscription settings (Android)
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the period ends

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create (habit names, notes, etc.). By using our service, you grant us:

• Right to store and process your content to provide services
• Right to use aggregated, anonymized data for service improvement
• No right to share your personal content with third parties without consent

5.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Reverse engineer or decompile the application
• Upload malicious code or viruses
• Interfere with other users' use of the service
• Use automated systems to access the service
• Share or resell access to the service

All intellectual property rights in the App and its content (excluding user content) belong to TerraHabits or our licensors:

• App design, code, and functionality
• Graphics, animations, and visual assets
• TerraHabits name, logo, and branding
• Documentation and instructional materials

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• Defects will be corrected
• The service is free from viruses or harmful components
• Results from using the service will meet your expectations

TerraHabits is a tool for personal development and should not replace professional medical or psychological advice.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TERRAHABITS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TerraHabits from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the service
• Your violation of any rights of another user
• Your violation of applicable laws or regulations

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account in app settings
• Contacting our support team
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days

10.2 Termination by Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms
• Your account remains inactive for an extended period
• We are required to do so by law
• We cease operating the service

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Posting updated Terms in the app
• Sending an in-app notification or email
• Updating the effective date

Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TerraHabits operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall be resolved through:

• Good faith negotiation between parties
• Mediation, if negotiation fails
• Binding arbitration, as a last resort

You waive the right to participate in class action lawsuits (where applicable by law)
